In a remarkable show of cross-border business engagement, Sivak Agarwal, Director of J.B. Energy Limited (Nepal), and Chaitanya Agarwal, Director of Gridfree Solar Energy Limited (India), recently visited M.S. Metal Industry Limited and Green Dynasty Limited in Bangladesh. They were accompanied by a high-profile delegation led by Al Amin Raju, Managing Director of Bengal Bee Limited.

The delegation arrived on September 13, 2025, at M.S. Metal Industry Limited in Khagrabaria village, Kashiani upazila of Gopalganj district. Established through a joint venture between Bangladeshi and Chinese entrepreneurs, the factory has quickly become a hub for advanced battery component production. The guests toured the plant’s operations late into the night, witnessing firsthand the scale and sophistication of its production lines.

The following morning, September 14, despite heavy rain, the foreign delegates expressed strong satisfaction after inspecting the company’s state-of-the-art and eco-friendly Water Treatment and Air Treatment Plants.

Equally striking to the visitors was the vast, naturally integrated layout of the industrial site. After being briefed on its ambitious future plans, both Agarwal brothers expressed astonishment at the scale of vision driving the company. They praised the dynamic leadership of Chairman Advocate Shariful Islam Durjoy and Managing Director Advocate Monira Khatun, crediting their foresight and commitment to innovation.

Later that afternoon, the delegation traveled to Kabirpur, Savar, to visit Green Dynasty Limited, a sister concern under the same group. They were warmly received by Lt. Col. (Retd.) Enamul Arif Suman, Director and CEO of both Green Dynasty Limited and M.S. Metal Industry Limited. Senior officials from the institutions, including Bengal Bee Limited’s Managing Director, were also present.
